Climate

Bodrum Peninsula

The Bodrum area enjoys the best of the Mediterranean and the Aegean Seas with hot summers and mild winters, low humidity and over 300 days of sunshine a year. With virtually non-stop sunshine between May and October and over 12 hours of sunshine a day in the peak summer months, the weather in the summer in Bodrum is practically rain-free.

Highs in summer are usually over 30º, peaking in mid-afternoon.  However, cooling sea breezes in the late afternoons and evenings make the Bodrum climate ideal for al fresco dining.  The sea reaches a pleasant 25º in the summer months, making Bodrum almost perfect for watersports of all kinds.
