There are a number of UK and Turkish airlines with direct flights to Bodrum:
easyJet fly to Bodrum from London Gatwick, Stansted and Liverpool
TUI fly from Gatwick, Bristol, Birmingham, Doncaster/Sheffield and Manchester

Jet2 fly to Bodrum from Manchester, Newcstle, Leeds Bradford, Glasgow and East Midlands
SunExpress fly to Bodrum from Luton airport
Onur Air* fly from a number of UK airports and can be booked via Travel Republic

Bodrum / Milas Airport
The airport at Bodrum is smaller and less busy than other Turkish holiday airports such as Dalaman or Izmir.
Happily, this means that an incoming flight is usually not competing for the baggage handlers' attention with other flights and progress through the airport from landing to passing through the exit doors can be as little as 30 minutes.
